The nose of the wine has a nice blend of apple and floral undertones that lead into an off-dry wine that is crisp and refreshing. The wine is complex and well balanced with pears and green apple leading the way across the palate. The acidity and flavors make this a great wine for warm summer nights. -KM

The wine has floral and citrus aromas on the nose that drift into a light bodied dry wine with lemon and pear flavors. The acidity is balanced but the finish is short cutting the flavor profile off a little too soon. The wine will pair well with crab and seafood dishes that have a butter component. -KM
