Deep purple in color with aromas of black cherry the wine shows flavors of cherry, cinnamon and plum but the tannins will grab you add to the dryness of the wine. Those same tannins make this a tough wine to enjoy by itself but allow it to pair perfectly with a big steak.

The La Crema Pinot is very youthful in its aromas and balance at this point. It presents flavors of cherry pie filling with plum flavors mixed into a finish that is to short for our taste. The wine could come into balance with some age.
